"Why," you ask? Because we want profile pages to have freedom of customization, but also to have some consistency. This way, when anyone visits a deviant, they know they can always find the art in the top left, and personal info in the top right.
Don't forget, restraints can bring out the creativity in you!

On dec. 22, 2003,,,U said my work was good & original. Yes, it is but what is the reason that no one else likes it. I got like 2 pageviews...lol. I left for a long time,,,,,,now back to see what I can really do. I have done work like everyone else.......I hate it!!! I will put some of it up soon & I bet that the empty heads here will like it.....U watch & see!!! ,,,joe.. OOOOOOOOOoooooooooooooo,,,btw......U too have some nice work!!
When I wrote the above comment, I was having a terrible BAD day. If I knew how to delete it, I would!! As U can see, I have not done what I said I was going ta do. This site has some of the best art on the net!! & I am glad ta be here!! ,,,joe..
